The daughter of Kim Zolciak-Biermann was booked on a few misdemeanor charges, which includes driving underneath the influence of liquor, in August 2022, denying that she was drinking and driving prior to the fender bender.
“Ariana was included in a small fender bender. When law enforcement arrived on scene, the investigating officer right away initiated an investigation for DUI,” her attorney, Justin Spizman, told Us at the time. “Despite Ariana’s frequent invocation that she was upset and nervous from the minimal incident, the officer incorrectly concluded she was impaired by alcohol. That was not the scenario. She wholly denies these allegations and intends to combat these expenses simply because she is not guilty of them.”
