CORONATION Road legend Sally Lindsay has taken a swipe at the ITV soap for “not becoming requested to return” for poignant Tv second.
The actress, who starred as Shelly Unwin on the ITV soap from 2001-2006, explained she would adore to return to the cobbles with previous co-star Suranne Jones, who performed Karen McDonald on the clearly show.
Sally, 50, explained she was hoping to make a comeback for extensive-expression character Betty Williams on-display funeral in 2011.
Actress and singer Betty Driver played the a great deal-cherished character for 42 a long time from 1969 to 2011.
But Sally mentioned that bosses did not reach out to her to talk about a return.
