Drake Trolls Anna Wintour With Scary ‘It’s All a Blur’ Tour Visuals

Does Drake have beef with Anna Wintour?

Followers have pointed out that the 36-12 months-aged rapper shows frighteningly unflattering visuals of what seems to be the 73-yr-outdated Vogue editor-in-main all through his It’s All a Blur tour with 21 Savage

At the Madison Square Backyard exhibit in New York Town on Wednesday, July 26, a graphic of what looks like Wintour with a bloody mouth and gold tooth could be viewed plastered on the huge screens as Drake rapped on phase. The Wintour look-alike — who rocked a bob with blunt bangs just like the popular journalist — also enable out a wicked chuckle. (Just take a seem at the visuals in the clip previously mentioned.)

The visuals were being exhibited as Drake belted out his hit “Jimmy Cooks,” which characteristics the lyric, “Bitch, really do not convey to me that you design if you ain’t been in Vogue.”

Whilst it is not immediately clear regardless of whether Drake and Wintour are at odds, the rapper faced a lawsuit from Condé Nast again in November 2022. Drake and 21 Savage were sued by the media company over their use of a faux Vogue magazine deal with they developed to market their joint album, Her Reduction

Condé’s basic counsel William Bowes spoke out about the issue at the time, per Billboard and Range, sharing, “As a imaginative corporation, we of class fully grasp our brands may from time to time be referenced in other inventive works.”

He ongoing, “In this instance, on the other hand, it was crystal clear to us that Drake and 21 Savage leveraged Vogue’s popularity for their individual business needs and, in the system, puzzled audiences who believe in Vogue as the authoritative voice on vogue and culture.”

The lawsuit, which was submitted in Manhattan federal court, claimed that “Vogue magazine and it is editor-in-main Anna Wintour have had no involvement in Her Reduction or its marketing, and have not endorsed it in any way.” The documents continued: “Nor did Condé Nast authorize, a great deal less help, the development and widespread dissemination of a counterfeit concern of Vogue, or a counterfeit version of probably one of the most diligently curated covers in all of the publication business enterprise.”

A federal judge eventually ruled in Vogue’s favor, forcing Drake and 21 Savage to get rid of the pretend Vogue protect. Drake and 21 Savage settled the lawsuit in February for an undisclosed sum, Range claimed.

Both Drake and Wintour did not right away respond to Us Weekly’s ask for for remark about the It’s All a Blur tour visuals.
