Former British military services could face jail if they are caught coaching Chinese fighter pilots.
Ex-RAF, navy and army pilots will be prosecuted for sharing armed service techniques with overseas powers if they are located instructing rival leading guns below new legal guidelines.
It will come in the wake of critical problems more than Beijing spying in Westminster and revelations that United kingdom fighter pilots have been training troops in China.
It emerged past year that all around 30 former British military pilots had been educating the People’s Liberation Army, lured by massive salaries of £240,000.
Now any previous United kingdom Armed Forces staff who trains international militaries around the planet can be prosecuted underneath the Countrywide Stability Act.
