A Girl born without a proper foot has been instructed that the NHS can’t afford a prosthetic.
Scarlett Davies, now 6, missing the limb when amniotic bands tightened all-around it in the womb.
She fits a leather-based boot to her leg but mum Kara, 27, suggests it wears out in two to 3 weeks and results in ache.
Scarlett has tried using, and would desire, a silicone prosthetic which can final around six months.
