Three men arrested on suspicion of murder after Sean Day, 29, ‘fell in a river’ and vanished in Hereford


COPS have named a missing male who reportedly fell into a river and vanished – with a few suspects arrested for murder.

Lookups of the river continue with assistance from West Mercia Search and Rescue and Hereford and Worcestershire Fireplace Company.

3 adult men have been arrested on suspicion of murder and have been introduced on law enforcement bail although enquires continue on.

Cops are appealing for any person who was in the Quay Road/Castle Eco-friendly space of Hereford concerning the hours of 10:30pm on Friday July 28 and 12:30am on Saturday July 29 who might have viewed or listened to a disturbance or individual in distress close to to the riverside to get in speak to.

Detective Inspector Mark Walters reported: ‘‘As our enquiries continue, we are eager to hear from anybody who was in the place late on Friday evening and shortly right after midnight on Saturday early morning, in individual any person who may possibly have witnessed or listened to a disturbance close to to the riverbank”.
