She included: “I was sitting in the again garden and all of a sudden I could hear a gang of young children and I could see black smoke coming from the Shut.

“They had set an outhouse on fireplace. You could see large flames.”

Fly tipping and rats on the overgrown highway is also a everyday incidence – with the council burning as a result of five baggage of poison now this 12 months.
