A Lady has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder following wading into a river at Cobden Bridge in Southampton with two younger young children.
The unnamed woman, 31, was witnessed in the water at Riverside Park with the two young little ones at around 3.30pm on Thursday afternoon.
All a few men and women were being pulled from the water and were taken care of at the scene by paramedics.
