A Woman sobbed now as she was convicted of knifing her “excellent buddy” to death before telling law enforcement: “I’m a great lady”.
Learose Cheng, 27, knifed Dylan Bacon, 39, eight periods working with a kitchen area knife after boozing in the pub all afternoon.
Law enforcement had adopted a “path of blood” to Cheng’s household in Liverpool wherever a stand-off ensued.
She originally claimed she was stabbed in the leg by Dylan, who then “killed himself for the reason that he did not want to go to prison”.
But Cheng sobbed as she was unanimously convicted of murder now next a trial at Liverpool Crown Court docket.
In bodycam footage shown to jurors, Cheng could be heard screaming at officers: “If you are gonna shoot me, shoot me.
“I’m gonna die anyway. I’m bleeding.”
Cheng then ongoing screaming as she advised police: “I don’t give a f***. Destroy me now”.
When police inevitably entered the blood-lined residence, she was led away bare from the waistline down.
As a wound on her leg was addressed, Cheng explained to officers: “I’m alady I have completed almost nothing incorrect.”
Theunfolded on March 14 final year following Dylan put in the day ingesting with Cheng and her granddad at the Aged Swan pub.
The pair then continued on to her household where he was stabbed by Cheng 8 times in the head and torso.
Providing evidence, the killer acknowledged she inflicted the fatal wounds but said she couldn’t bear in mind what had took place.
The court was advised her DNA was identified on a swab taken from Dylan, though his DNA was within the bra she was sporting.
Cheng stated she has no recollection of owning sex with Dylan but claimed she wouldn’t have consented as he “wasn’t my form”.
She additional: “If he would have had intercourse with me, that would have been the issue that triggered me to go off me head and the straw that broke the camel’s back.
“If anyone followed me to my residence, occur in and did that, that would have truly created me get rid of it.”
Cheng was remanded into custody ahead of sentencing on Friday.
